FiveStarsPromotions.com is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. 

Inquiry and Application Forms
This Web site is designed to attract advertising affiliates, which may include business partners, Web publishers, or advertising agencies, consumers interested in purchasing merchandise published in our site, as well as taking advatange of discounts and special offers available though us. The site has inquiry forms designed so that a user can request information from FiveStarsPromotions.com. 

Any information requested through the forms and any future communication resulting from the information disclosed therein shall be directly related to the user's request. The site also has an application form, which enables a user to become an affiliate partner or business partner of Five Stars Promotions, or a customer to receive our newsletter. In order to become a Five Stars Promotions business partner, a user must first complete the application form. However, a user may request a hard copy of the form via postal mail, rather than completing the application on-line.

Personally Identifiable Information
Personally Identifiable Information is information that can be used to identify a specific user. In the course of filling out an inquiry or application form, you may be asked to disclose Personal Identifiable Information. Five Stars Promotions will never use information collected from you without your permission. Participation in our Program is strictly voluntary.

Five Stars Promotions does not collect personal information from visitors using our Web site to view or purchase merchandise, or review special offers and discounts offered by our business partners, nor do we place cookies in our customers hard drives.

Visitors may register to receive our monthly newsletter in order to be notified of new offers and special discounts. When you register for our newsletter, certain information will be requested from you to include but not limited to: name, city/state, annual income, email address, etc. This information requested will only be used for marketing purposes by Five Stars Promotions. However, a cookie may be placed in the customer hard drive by our Business Partners for order tracking purposes. A Cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. For instance, by setting a cookie on a site, the user would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time. The information collected by cookies is not linked to personally identifiable information.

Log Files are those that use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. The information collected by log files, such as IP addresses, is not linked to personally identifiable information.
